Nice little hotel with simply furnished rooms.

Probably caught one of the bad days today ... In times of Corona and the fact that many come here who are in the nearby cure, the topic of infection protection was completely ignored today. The hospitality by the boss himself was probably underground today. He came across totally overwhelmed. You had to draw attention to yourself in order to be able to order something ... even to get the idea of ​​asking if you wanted something true rarely or not at all. I myself ate something from the menu of the day which was ok so far, only the meat and the side dishes were a bit lost on the big plate. The wheat beer I ordered took a bit of getting used to, but tastes are different but when asked if there was something else I was not given the feeling that the boss was interested in whether the customers liked it. Salt / pepper and mayo / ketchup were unfortunately not available and due to the long waiting times we would probably have been given the salt at the table for the bill. The meat (not from the menu of the day) from my colleague was under any meat dignity ... The cooking point was missed far and wide. We also questioned the quality and freshness, let's see what else is to come ... The design and the side dishes with the inedible meat for € 21.90 was not ok ... I myself would probably not go there again, neither to eat nor to have a drink. But as I said in the introduction maybe it was one of the bad days, I won't find out anymore.

A week in the Elfenmühle ... unforgettable Warmth and hospitality come first. Great room with a view and earshot of the babbling Üssbach ... wonderful. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious ... the rooms were very clean ... our box spring bed was very comfortable One that is run with passion Hotel and restaurant with the best burgers far and wide wide. The owners are always on site and meet the needs of their guests. A visit is very recommendable.

Nice little hotel We were greeted very nicely. Clean room. Our room went out the back. There is a small stream that does not disturb. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The restaurant is very fine and good value for money.

Great food, great service and even our dog was very welcome. Here we would return any time.

We felt the 3 days very well. Everything was like a big family. We will be back.

Due to family circumstances, we had to spend Christmas in Bad Bertrich and looked for Christmas Eve a restaurant, which had opened in the evening for dinner. We were recommended the "Elfenmühle" and we were not disappointed. After a friendly reception, we were able to put our menu out of the menu ourselves on Christmas Eve and were allowed to enjoy very tasty food in a Christmas atmosphere. The prices are also acceptable, so we can recommend this place.

It's a great hotel. The location is great, unfortunately on the road but next to a beautiful cave and a stream and waterfall. I spent three nights in a double room without a balcony. It is a bit strange that you pay the same for a room without a balcony as with a balcony. The bed is nice and hard and there are two pillows pp, one hard and one soft. If you cannot stand noise at night, you should bring earplugs because you can hear the stream next to the hotel in the room. And a sleep mask can also help because the corridor light does not go out. The room is cleaned during breakfast. I had twice that I came back from breakfast but was not allowed to enter the room and had to wait because it was not ready yet. Very annoying! Breakfast is from 9am, and it's fine, but it's not a buffet unfortunately. Coffee / tea, sandwiches (Kaiser rolls, croissants and sweet rolls) and spreads (cheese, meat and jam / chocolate spread, etc.) are served on the table. Everyone gets a hard-boiled egg and orange juice. I was very satisfied with the dinner and drink offer. The prices for food and drinks were not too bad. The rösti is super tasty! The Vulkanfeuer and Gemuseteller are also recommended. I found the asparagus a little less successful. The owner is super nice and funny. Nice to chat and chat with him. I can recommend it for lunch / dinner, I am not very enthusiastic about accommodation and breakfast.

The hotel has charming rooms and cozy beds. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There is a calm waterfall as man can look at himself from a bridge. Lastly, there is a small beautiful elven cave.
